West Offshore Coastal Sprint Races now Cat 4

ORCV has changed its West Offshore Coastal Sprint races program from Cat 3 to Cat 4 to enable more boats to join and get a taste of offshore racing. These races start at Queenscliff, go out the Heads and along the coast, returning by evening. They are perfect for crew development, practice for longer ocean races, or for those dipping their toes into offshore racing for the first time. 

Boats maust have a current Cat 4 Special Regulations Equipment Audit form signed by an auditor, and some extra requirements.
