2014 Portland Race- what you have been waiting for!

Notice of Race and online entry is now available for this event.

As Portland is a coastal event and boats would rarely venture more than 50 nm from the coast, the Sailing Committee has made some changes to Radio Communications for the event. Boats may elect to use HF or VHF radios for race communications . Boats that are not using HF radio must carry an operating satellite telephone capable of sending and receiving voice and text messages.
Item 4.7 in the Notice of Race encapsulates all these change, so to ensure that you comply, read it carefully!
