CYCA Flinders Islet Announcement.

As you all know, the Ocean Racing Club of Victoria takes safety very seriously. The CYCA Board has asked that we make available the information contained in their announcement to participants in all Christmas Time blue water racing. Generally speaking, we already cover these recommendations, excepting the portable spotlight which seems a good addition and ORCV Commodore, George Shaw, implores everyone to read this document.

On behalf of our Commodore, Matt Allen, please find attached an announcement made by the CYCA following the delivery of the preliminary report by the CYCA Flinders Islet Inquiry Committee.

As a club sharing similar objectives, the board felt it important to share this announcement with you to make available to your members.
