2017 ORCV Winter Series Race 2

The weather for Sunday is being driven by the trailing edge of a slow moving high pressure system with an approaching cold front to the west, producing a fresh northely flow all day.

Meyeye is showing 20-25 knots in the north end of the Bay with stronger breezes further south.  The PredictWind forecast is similar although slightly lower wind strenths. 16C and a low chance of rain so Sunday should be a great day for Winter sailing.

Race management plans to run a single race, keeping the fleet in the northern areas where the breezes will be lighter and the seas flatter. Have a great day on the Bay!
