Class Action.

So the February SSSC class was just dismissed last weekend, in time for them to all prepare for the race to King Island next week.

Bruce Moncrieff is going to King Island aboard the Colt (Sydney 38), now known as FullynPushing. The boat is the old Hasta la Vista and they hail from Mornington Yacht Club. Andrew Griffiths is her owner and there is an interesting story about what they're up to, which we'll get into later...

In the meantime, here then are some pics he kindly took for us of the class in one of the action sections - the flare drill!

A skill you hope you never have to use, but really need to know as vital knowledge, should it all go a little sideways....

Noel May supervising proceedings and the bucket with water to cool off the spent charges. Yes. I was going to caption it with, "Does my hair look all right?" However, I knew I'd get a barrage of emails, so didn't. (Basil Brush!)

Indeed, indeed...
