Defect Details: Limited testing by SAI Global has indicated that the orange hand smoke flares may not comply with Australian Standard 2092-2004, as while the smoke signals operated safely, the density and volume of smoke produced was inadequate.
Consumer action: Consumers should immediately cease using the product and return it to the place of purchase, where they will receive a credit note or a refund of the purchase price.
