2013 IRC Rating Renewal

The IRC Rating Year for the southern hemisphere countries begins on 1 June and ends on 31 May of the following year.

For IRC races after 31 May 2013 (which includes the upcoming Helly Hansen Winter Series), we cannot process an IRC result unless you have a valid, renewed IRC certificate.

You should by now have received your renewal form. Please ensure you promptly return your IRC renewal to Yachting Australia to get your renewed IRC certificate.
To apply for an IRC certificate for a boat that has not held a rating in the past, please contact either your local IRC Measurer or Yachting Australia. This will involve your boat and inventory being measured (including weighing) by a recognised IRC measurer.
For any amendments made to your IRC certificate in its current rating year where you have made a change to your boat since it was issued, please contact either your IRC measurer (if you require boat inventory to be re-measured) or Yachting Australia with the changes made.
