Will the Race Record be Broken this Year?

In 1998, Prowler set the race record of 19h 32m 56s for the Melbourne to Devonport, Rudder Cup.

One week out now and the forecast has moved to show favourable winds and a quick sprint across Bass Strait.   Will this be the year that the 1998 race record is broken with what's predicted today as being near perfect in every way.
